The international festival of a park sculpture «North Legend», passing in capital of Yamal — Salekhard is finished from August, 27th till September, 5th. All competitive works will be established in district capital.
Participation in creative competition was accepted by sculptors of Russia, Germany, Iceland, India and Kazakhstan.
During festival the open lesson of drawing at school of arts of Salekhard with participation of the sculptor from Iceland Birgisdottir Hildigunnur has been organized.

Часовню Первоверховного Апостола Святого Петра торжественно открыли в Надыме. Около 14 месяцев прошло с момента закладки камня до ее официального открытия. Работы продолжались несмотря на погоду и выходные дни.
В церемонии открытия часовни приняли участие ветераны ямальского Севера, почетные граждане, представители общественности, православные надымчане.
Обряд освящения часовни провел настоятель прихода храма Святого Николая Чудотворца Артемий Почекутов. После молебна отец Артемий окропил святой водой храм и всех присутствующих на церемонии.

Chapel of Pervoverhovnogo of Apostle Sacred Peter have solemnly opened in Nadym. About 14 months has passed from the moment of a bookmark of a stone before its official opening. Works proceeded despite weather and the days off.

Окружная столица Ямала готовится отмечать очередной День города — едва ли не самый увлекательный и любимый праздник жителей.
415 лет — это, конечно, не тысяча, но в измерениях Крайнего Севера — дата заслуживающая уважения. Тем более для Салехарда она нынче двойная — в этом году отмечается 80-летие Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа.

The district capital of Yamal is going to mark the next City Day — hardly probable not the most fascinating and favourite holiday of inhabitants.
415 years are, of course, not one thousand, but in measurements of the Far North — date reputable. Especially for Salekhard it now double — this year is marked the 80 anniversary of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region.
