Since April 24 on an ice crossing through the river Ob between the cities of Salekhard and Labytnangi the resolved tonnage decreases. Movement on an ice crossing is opened only for motor transport with a lump up to 20 tons. Category "D" cars on a crossing aren't allowed.

On March 3 a recross of streets of Gagarin and Hospital there was a collision of two cars: VAZ 2110 and VAZ 2110. As a result of road accident the passenger of the car VAZ 2110, the young man of 1994 year of birth suffered.

Noyabrsk accepted Relay of Paralympic fire XI of the winter Paralympic Games of "Sochi-2014" in the evening on February 28. The city of Noyabrsk is the only municipality in the district to which the honourable right to accept Relay of Paralympic fire was provided.
