The governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area submitted the report on results of activity of the regional Government for 2013

The governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area today, on March 20, at meeting of Legislative Assembly of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area in Salekhard submitted the report on results of activity of the regional Government for 2013.

Dmitry Kobylkin provided full information on district development in the report last year. The head of the region called results of 2013 as a whole positive: "The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area on rates and potential of development is in group of leaders … Improvements concern practically all fields of activity. All social obligations are fulfilled. Volumes of production of natural gas and gas condensate increased. Growth of retail commodity turnover, housing input is noted, infrastructure projects are realized. Population income shows positive dynamics, the quantity of families with three and more children increases, new workplaces …" are created

"Not all believed in such reality. But forecasts of pessimists didn't come true. Moreover, during this time we not simply promoted in life improvement of quality on Yamal, but also assigned to the district the status of the engine of Russia at its Arctic boundaries" , - the Governor told.

Separately Dmitry Kobylkin stopped on a historical event – entry into structure of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and the cities of Sevastopol. "A lot of things connect us. Not only last, but present and future. Nearly 10% of inhabitants of Yamal – Ukrainians. About 10 thousand people from Ukraine annually come to us to work. This year we celebrate 13 years of cooperation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area and command of the Black Sea fleet. The district is a patron of the big landing ship "Yamal" where our more than 200 children served. We signed agreements on trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation with the Republic of Crimea and the Sevastopol city public administration. It is possible to say for a long time about our friendship, but the most important that we continue to remain the uniform people, ready to give a helping hand at a difficult moment. So was, so is and so there will be always" , - the Governor emphasized.

Finishing performance, the Head of the region noted: "We live in quickly changing world, where chances at all different. But a lot of things depend on our unity. From desire and from now on to keep consolidation. Time difficult, and an our task – to live and work in interests of the family, the region, the country".
