10 октября, в Салехарде состоялось итоговое заседание рабочей группы Общественной палаты России по проблемам развития отдалённых территорий Севера и Дальнего Востока и рабочей группы Арктического совета по загрязнениям (ACAP).
Напомним, что участники заседания, главной задачей которого является обеспечение инновационного развития северных регионов, побывали в селах Аксарка и Харсаим (Приуральский район), где осмотрели дизельные станции и встретились со специалистами департамента строительства и жилищно-коммунального комплекса района.

On October, 10th, in Salekhard total session of working group of Public chamber of Russia on problems of development of the remote territories of the North and the Far East and working group of the Arctic council about pollution (ACAP) has taken place.
Let's remind that participants of the session which main task is maintenance of innovative development of northern regions, have visited villages Aksarka and Harsaim (Priuralsky area) where have examined diesel stations and have met experts of department of building and a housing-and-municipal complex of area. During the session which have passed in capital of Yamal, representatives of working group have discussed possibilities of development of alternative power in autonomous region and reduction of emissions in atmosphere.

Первый заместитель директора департамента гражданской защиты и пожарной безопасности ЯНАО Сергей Сергеев провел рабочее совещание по организации временных схем маршрутизации трафика по номеру «112». В совещании приняли участие специалисты профильных департаментов, представители ГУ МЧС РФ по ЯНАО и Ямало-Ненецкого филиала ОАО «Ростелеком».
В ходе совещания обсуждались перспективы создания системы обеспечения вызова экстренных оперативных служб по единому номеру «112» на территории арктического региона.
В настоящее время на территории Ямала проводятся мероприятия по предпроектному обследованию объектов автоматизации в рамках создания системы «112».

During meeting prospects of creation of system of maintenance of a call of emergency field services under uniform number «112» in territory of the Arctic region were discussed.
Now in territory of Yamal actions for predesign inspection of objects of automation within the limits of creation of system «112» are carried out.

Gas production volumes on Yamal for eight months of current year have exceeded indicators of the similar period of 2010.
For September, 1st, 2011 on district 218 operating licenses for the right of use of bowels for geological studying and extraction of hydrocarbonic raw materials have been registered. 183 licenses are given out with the right of use of bowels for extraction of hydrocarbons, geological studying or investigation, 35 – only with the right of geological studying of bowels. Licenses are given out 59 enterprises to users of bowels.
According to department of prirodno-resource regulation, wood relations and development of an oil and gas complex of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region, for eight months of current year actual extraction of hydrocarbonic raw materials in territory was made by 32 enterprises on 85 deposits and has made 369 429,386 million м3 gas, 15 332,826 thousand tons of oil, 7 498,878 thousand tons of a condensate. To level of extraction of the similar period of 2010 extraction of hydrocarbons in a percentage parity has made: on gas – 106 %; on oil – 94 %; on a condensate – 109 %, soobshchaetpress-service of administration of district.
