The driver of the truck on imprudence has knocked down to death the man

Criminal case is raised in Krasnoselkupsky area concerning the worker of one of the enterprises, for which fault the person was lost, Larissa Eropkina has informed the senior assistant to chief of the department JANAO on communications with mass-media.

The Purovsky interdistrict investigatory department of investigatory management SKP the Russian Federation on JANAO raises criminal case concerning the driver of one of Open Society to signs of the crime provided ч. 2 items 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (death causing on imprudence owing to inadequate execution by the person of the official duties).

It is established that on March, 3rd, 2010 the driver of a lorry Ural Mountains, carrying out maneuver, it was not convinced of absence of people and obstacles for movement that has led to collision of sledge-drag harrows with the car-house. As a result of incident the car was displaced towards other car-house standing nearby between which the person has been clamped. From the received physical injuries the man has died on the spot incidents.

Now on business to be spent preliminary investigation, circumstances of incident are established.
