Concerning the director of Open Company «Jamalspetsstroj — 101» raises criminal case

The investigatory department on New Urengoju of investigatory management SKP the Russian Federation on Yamal-Nenets autonomous region concerning the director of Open Company «Jamalspetsstroj — 101» raises criminal case to signs of the crime provided p.1 item 145.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (salary nonpayment), has informed the senior assistant to chief of the department SKP the Russian Federation on JANAO on communications with mass-media Larissa Eropkina.

It is established that the suspect from November, 01st, till March, 01st, 2009, realising that before 18th workers of the enterprise headed by it, there are debts under the salary, did not allocate necessary quantity of money resources for timely repayment of the developed debts. The total sum of not paid salary has made more than 861 thousand roubles. Thus money resources on enterprise accounts were available.

Now the investigatory actions directed on an establishment of all circumstances, the committed crime and an establishment of a site and interrogation of victims, witnesses are spent.
