The candidate accuse of a fake of signatures

The Office of Public Prosecutor of Noyabrsk has revealed infringements of the selective legislation at elections to Legislative Assembly of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region, the press-service окрпрокуратуры informs.

During the spent check it is established that on January, 8th, 2010 замгендиректора one of Open Society has put in the statement in district election committee about intention to stand the candidate of Legislative Assembly of district of the fifth convocation on one-mandatory district and has presented subdivion lists with signatures of citizens to the support.

On the basis of the given documents it has been registered by the candidate and has been admitted to participation in elections. On March, 14th it has taken part in elections of deputies of Legislative Assembly of district, but has not typed necessary quantity of votes.

On the instructions of Office of Public Prosecutor of Noyabrsk employees of the Department of Internal Affairs have spent interrogations of citizens from which name in subdivion lists signatures in its support are put down. It is as a result established that to 128 citizens nobody addressed for signatures in support of the candidate. 73 more citizens specified in subdivion lists actually do not live in a place of registration and could not put the signature in support замгендиректора one of Open Society.

Thus, as a result of the spent verifying actions it is established that in subdivion lists in support of the candidate of Legislative Assembly JANAO of the fifth convocation 201 forged signature contains in total.

Materials of public prosecutor's check have been directed to investigating bodies for the decision of a question on criminal case excitation. By results of their consideration the investigatory department across Noyabrsk investigatory management of Investigatory committee at Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation on JANAO has excited criminal case on p.1 item 142 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (falsification of selective documents). The course of investigation of criminal case is taken on the control by Office of Public Prosecutor JANAO.
