More than 8 thousand yamals have received the certificate on the parent capital

Since January, 1st, 2009 owners of certificates can extinguish hypothecary credits. For today of this possibility in JANAO 850 persons have decided to take advantage. This measure first of all is directed on support of those families which pay hypothecary credits in the conditions of crisis. Positive decisions on a direction of means for this purpose have already received 754 Yamal families. It is listed means for the sum of 209 million roubles.

Since January, 1st, 2010 the sum of the parent capital is increased and makes 343 378 roubles. As show interrogations of owners of certificates, the overwhelming majority – about 80 % – wish to improve by means of the parent capital the living conditions, only 3 % plan to direct money on account of the future pension of mother, the others have decided to enclose means in formation of children.

The second possibility to take advantage of means of the parent capital before put time – to receive single payment at a rate of 12 thousand roubles for daily needs. From the moment of statement acceptance not later than in two months money will be transferred into account the applicant. On Yamal of statements on reception of single payment at a rate of 12 000 roubles it is received already 4 551, it is accepted positive decisions 3 840, it is listed 2 674 families for a total sum of 32,1 million roubles.
