The Yamal parent capital – a new measure of support

The Yamal large families can use a new measure of social support. We will remind that last year at the initiative of the Governor of Yamal Dmitry Kobylkina Pravitelstvom of district with support of deputies of Legislative Assembly JANAO the district Law on the regional parent (family) capital has been passed. Its size makes 350 thousand roubles.

The basic idea of acceptance of the given Law was the establishment of additional measures of the state support to large families with a view of creation of the conditions providing with it worthy life, stimulation of increase in quantity of large families in district and increase of well-being of such families.

As the press-service of the head of region informs, Law action extends on the legal relationship which have arisen in connection with a birth (adoption) of the child (children) during the period from January, 1st, till December, 31st, 2016. In region the women who given birth or have adopted the third child or subsequent children, and the men who are unique adoptive fathers of the third child or subsequent children since January, 1st, 2011 have the right to reception of the parent (family) capital.

Peoples, having the right to reception of the capital or their lawful representatives, have the right to address in bodies of social protection of the population in a residence for reception of the certificate by filing of application.
