"Rescuing people, we rescue themselves"

The governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area Dmitry Kobylkin took part in a charitable telemarathon which took place yesterday, on December 10, in Day of formation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area on regional TV channel – the First Arctic. The telemarathon was devoted to results of Year of a narodosberezheniye, and fund raising in Yamine Fund for the children needing urgent treatment became its main goal.

Within four hours on air there were plots about those children who already managed to be helped by means of Fund – to raise money for supporting treatment or expensive operation, and those to whom there is a chance to help now, having raised necessary funds.

During a telemarathon guests came to studio of TV channel – representatives of authorities, the Yamine Fund managements, parents of children which need the help. Besides, on a platform of the Salekhard cultural and youth Polyaris complex specialists of the center in rendering assistance to children from dysfunctional families "Trust" organized collecting things for the wards. During live broadcasts from "Polyaris" the results video and the photo contests devoted to the native land were summed up.

During a telemarathon in air there were materials in which it was told about the concrete actions which were taking place within Yamal declared by the Governor of Year of a narodosberezheniye in different municipalities of the autonomous area. For fund raising to the aid of children during translation of a marathon it was possible to send a SMS message with the donation sum for Yamine Fund.

The Head of the region Dmitry Kobylkin at the initiative of whom the Yamine charity foundation was created became one of guests of studio. At the beginning of conversation the Governor congratulated fellow countrymen on a holiday – Day of formation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.

"I want to wish confidence in tomorrow. Pride of our small homeland – boundless Yamal! Everyone on the place has to make every effort in order that our district became stronger every year. Health, wellbeing and prosperity to you and your relatives! " - wished to yamalets Dmitry Kobylkin.

In conversation about results of Year of a narodosberezheniye the Head of the region noted that one of the main indicators of development of any territory is life expectancy of the population. "The regional product, an index of industrial production, cost of a consumer basket too are important, - Dmitry Kobylkin noted. – But universal practice shows that the most important criterion is a life expectancy". All actions of Year of a narodosberezheniye were aimed at it – on health, activity and quality of life of yamalets. Also there are notable results.

So, the Governor of Yamal noted that people became more active to go in for physical culture and sports. "We in three years entered 53 sporting venues. And I see their fullness. If these sports halls and skating rinks weren't demanded if the population doesn't reach for health, wouldn't be to build so much sense. Today we on Yamal have a demand for a healthy lifestyle. Also it is the main result of Year of a narodosberezheniye" , - Dmitry Kobylkin told.

We will note also that it is possible to call results of Year of a narodosberezheniye and that birth rate in the district exceeds mortality three times. Since the beginning of year in the district nearly 8 thousand children were born, and it is more than 60% from them – the second, third, fourth and fifth children. Besides, according to sociological researches, 78% of inhabitants of the district are happy with the current situation in the region that testifies to healthy social well-being of yamalets which directly influences, including, and life expectancy.

the Main keynote of a telemarathon became its direct purpose – charity.

"The indifference is a global problem not only in Russia, but also around the world. Why the person ceases to empathize, what forces to send old men to nursing homes, to throw disabled children and healthy children too? At what stage of a civilization there was "failure"? The answer to these questions isn't present. But when parents make the decision to bring up the disabled child is a courageous, heroic act. And to many such families the Lord yields positive results of treatment. Before such parents it is necessary to admire, help all of them the world. The biggest enemy in the world is an indifference. If we encourage it including inaction, mankind big problems wait. And we here rescue specific children. But first of all – we rescue themselves" , - Dmitry Kobylkin told.

The main result of a telemarathon was that for one evening of air of SMS vote was succeeded to collect more than 92 thousand rubles. The sums which inhabitants of the district sent to the Yamine Fund account, were different: from 20 rubles to 10 thousand. It means that the children needing rendering the emergency help, will receive it. Also will receive as and on the termination of a telemarathon of means into the account of Yamine fund continue to arrive.

We will remind that at the end of November in Salekhard the ceremony of rewarding of philanthropists took place, thanks to the help which managed to pay treatment and rehabilitation of children. Awards to patrons were handed over by the Governor of the autonomous area. Donations of guests of the charitable holiday devoted to celebration of patrons of Yamine fund, made 2 million 385 thousand rubles. All received funds are allocated for treatment and rehabilitation of the Yamal children.
