Yamal prepares for a meeting of Olympic flame

Relay started on October 7 and 123 days will last, having captured all regions of Russia. More than 130 million Russians will be able to become the direct audience and participants of Relay. Having overcome in total distance in 65 thousand kilometers, Olympic flame will finish the travel to Sochi where on February 7, 2014 at Fisht stadium ignition of the Bowl will mark the beginning of the XXII Olympic winter Games.

To Yamal Olympic flame will arrive on November 4 to Novy Urengoy, then it deliver to the district capital – Salekhard.

Now in municipalities large-scale organizational events for preparation for the forthcoming world event are held.

Tatyana Buchkova noted a large number of the interesting festive actions planned on a route of Relay in Novy Urengoy, and also paid attention to need of careful study of all actions of organizers and participants during this period.

"We have to be sure by that all nuances are considered and everything will pass accurately" , - told the deputy head of the region.

Participants of meeting also discussed actions for protection of a public order throughout all route of Relay of Olympic flame and safety of fakelonosets.
