On Yamal Days of the Ural science opened

On October 10, in Salekhard Days of the Ural science and innovations in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area opened. Event is held by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area by request of district department on science and innovations together with the Ural office the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ural and Southern Ural Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

With a greeting on behalf of the Governor of Yamal Dmitry Kobylkin the Deputy Head of the region, the director of the department of the international and foreign economic relations of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area Alexander Mazharov acted. He noted that high level of versatile interaction between scientific community of regions of Ural today takes place and hoped that cooperation will effectively proceed and will be embodied in real affairs for the benefit of Yamal, Ural federal district and all Russia. "In the next decade in our region the largest investment projects of world value will be realized. However without the aid of science to us not to solve many problems. The science, in this case, is primary. We are interested in that Yamal participated in the advanced domestic scientific and technical projects more actively. Especially in the sphere of preservation of environment, development of the oil and gas industry, power and ZhKK, agro-industrial complex" , - were told by Alexander Mazharov.

Also with welcome speech the vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the chairman of the Ural office of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the director of Institute of organic synthesis of I.Ya.Postovskogo of URO Russian Academy of Sciences, the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Doctor of Chemistry, the professor Valery Charushin acted. He thanked organizers and noted: "The future of Russia is connected with successful development of the Arctic. Being here in Salekhard, you feel scales of tasks facing us and all their complexity" more sharply. Valery Charushin also reminded of old and constructive communications of Yamal and the Ural office of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In particular, it cited as an example ecological station successfully functioning in Labytnangi.

the Interregional project "Days of the Ural Science and Innovations in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area" will last within two days.

Action purposes : increase of a role of science and scientific and technical activity in social and economic development of the district, development of integration processes in a scientific, educational and production activity, involvement of businessmen from regions of Russia on the market of Yamal, creation of joint ventures, increase in workplaces.

The program of action includes plenary discussion, round tables, a display at the exhibition, presentations of projects and the participating companies, press conferences and production excursions.

In the Cultural business center of the district capital the "Scientific and Innovative Achievements of the Ural Region" exhibition is presented. After survey of presentations of the companies and the scientific organizations plenary session on the subject "Increase of a Role of the Ural Science in Social and Economic Development of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area" opened.

With reports, besides the academician Valery Charushina, the director of Institute of economy of URO Russian Academy of Sciences, the honored worker of science of the Russian Federation, the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Alexander Tatarkin, the director of Institute of philosophy and the right of URO Russian Academy of Sciences, the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, д.ю.н will act. professor Victor Rudenko, director of district department of science and innovations Andrey Denisyuk and others.

Round tables in the directions will take place: "Ecology. Physiology. Environmental protection", "Materials and equipment for the North", "Social and economic transformations and public potential of the humanities", "Rational environmental management", "Complex social and economic forecasting of development of Northern territories".

Among participants – academicians, professors, corresponding members, candidates and doctors of science, research associates, heads of tens of scientific, educational institutions, profile structures of the companies and authorities, representatives of small and medium business of Yamal and Ural federal district. In total about 200 people will take part in action.

Subjects of reports – are very various : "Medicobiological bases of activity and health of the person in the north", "New approaches to processing of natural gas", "A geological condition of the Bovanenkovo-Ukhta main gas pipeline on the peninsula of Yamal", "Introduction of innovative technologies in traditional economic activity of the indigenous small people of the North of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area", "Mechanisms and instruments of economic incentives of investments into the Arctic region" and many other things.
