Results of investigation of deadly accident in career

By the commission under the chairmanship of the official of Gostrudinspektion in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area investigation of a fatal accident happened in August, 2013 with the driver of joint-stock company is complete.

Accident occurred under the following circumstances:
On August 24 the column from 4 dump trucks the BelAZ, transported rubble on a route of km 16-76 Obskaya-Bovanenkovo Highways. Having driven up to the bridge through river Harbey on 31 km, the column stopped to move through the bridge in turn. Under the first car which has driven on the bridge, the wooden flooring with which the bridge is sewn up broke, the car began to fill up on the right side and, having broken a protection, overturned from the bridge. As there was it instantly, the driver of the Item had no opportunity to leave a cabin of the overturning car. The driver pulled out from a cabin and put on the earth for first-aid treatment. The victim was in consciousness, except for several grazes and superficial cuts on a face and the head, and no bleeding from auricles of visible damages had, complained that doesn't feel feet. Before arrival of sanitary aircraft, the condition of the victim gradually worsened, after a while he fainted, to resuscitation actions didn't react.

The ambulance crew which has arrived by a sanitary flight verified death of the victim.

According to the conclusion of GKUZ "Bureau of a Forensic Medical Examination of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area" the death of the victim came owing to a stupid combined injury of a breast and a stomach with an internal injury and traumatic shock.

The official of Gostrudinspektion in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area appointed administrative punishment in the form of a penalty: concerning the legal entity of 40000 rub.
