In Noyabrsk the man who has killed the friend to death is taken into custody

The investigative department of Noyabrsk of investigative management of Investigative committee of the Russian Federation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area brought accusation to the local accused of causing heavy harm to health, entailed on imprudence death of the victim.

On May 3, 2013 at night 26-year-old accused and injured after joint drinking of alcoholic drinks drove through the city to Noyabrsk on the car of the victim under control of the accused. As a result of careless driving the 26-year-old man scratched a car cowl. For this reason between friends there was a conflict during which the accused struck to the victim some blows with fists to the head. From the got closed craniocereberal trauma the victim died.

According to the petition of the investigator the court concerning the accused elected a measure of restraint in the form of imprisonment. Now the investigative actions directed on establishment of all circumstances of the committed crime are carried out.
