Accusation of excess of powers of office with violence application is brought to the head of department of police.

As reports investigative committee of the Russian Federation on the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area, on this fact investigation of criminal case concerning the chief of Pangodinsky settlement department of police of the Nadym area proceeds.
