The Salekhard river port was responsible for death of the person

By the commission under the chairmanship of the official of Gostrudinspektion in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area investigation of the group fatal accident which has happened in August, 2013 with employees of JSC Salekhard River Port is complete.

Accident happened under the following circumstances. Hired working Items and carried out cable replacement on the carriage of two-maxillary ladle DG2-10-T2-2k-2,2 on a regular wooden platform for the grab плавкрана PK-6 Century. Cable replacement on the carriage was made in a usual regular mode without the additional safety equipment. During replacement the cable was cut completely off by welding, but to release the remained piece of a cable in the block of the carriage it didn't turn out. Then climbed under the carriage Century to release a cable in a bottom. After the next attempt of Century and the Item to release a cable, the carriage moved a little and fell therefore died Century, it clamped between the carriage and a clamshell platform. At the time of falling the mechanic-crane operator of the Item was traumatized the left hand. Both workers didn't take any security measures on prevention of spontaneous falling of the carriage, according to item 3 maintenance instruction, and also the service Charter on vessels of the ministry of river fleet of RSFSR, item 133 than and violated safety measures requirements.

By results of investigation circumstances and accident causes and as the persons which have allowed violations of the state standard requirements of labor protection are defined were established.

The official of Gostrudinspektion in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area appointed administrative punishment concerning the legal entity in the form of a penalty of 40 000 rubles, concerning the official – 3000.
