The richest culture of Yamal presented on presentation

Today in Salekhard the presentation of the book of the known Yamal artist and photographer Nikolay Samburov "The Yamal rezchikviktor to Yadn" , dated for International to the day of indigenous people of the world took place. The deputy governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area, the head of governor apparatus Irina Sokolova took part in action. In a welcoming speech she congratulated all the indigenous people which was present with Day of the world, having noted importance of preservation of traditional culture of radical yamalets.

"Such outstanding artists as Victor Yadn are live symbols of the people – spokesmen of its philosophy, – Irina Sokolova noted. – It is pleasant that, there are young talents which continue and increase traditions of ancestors and show to the whole world the richest culture of Yamal".

In the book works of the national master of the Russian Federation, the member of the Union of artists of Russia – Victor Yadn who is the representative of generation of the artists trained in Salekhard school of culture and arts are illustrated. In this establishment the special attention to preservation of national tradition of arts and crafts was always paid. For this reason the master works with materials which were used by his ancestors – a tusk of a mammoth, a horn of an elk and a deer.

Many works presented in the book, were exhibited at numerous exhibitions not only regional, but also All-Russian, and also the international level. Today they are in art fund of the District house of crafts, funds of museums of the autonomous area, private collections in Russia and abroad.
