In Salekhard passed traditional Council of heads

At a meeting there were members of the Government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, heads of territories, the main federal inspector across the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Within expanded meeting it was necessary to discuss questions of improvement of protection of bioresources of the region by means of installation of mobile cordons, course of execution of powers in the life support and construction sphere, the organization of work on improvement of systems of the notification and informing of the population on emergency threats, results of work of the power with addresses of citizens. Information on questions of the agenda of meeting was in detail sounded and discussed by participants of Council.

At the beginning of meeting the head of the region addressed to heads of municipalities and designated tasks on the near future.

- Dear colleagues, I welcome you at the next meeting of Council of heads. Before we will pass to the agenda, I want to pay your attention to a number of questions of political and economic character.

The day after tomorrow we are expected by municipal elections. It is sure, they will pass quietly and at the highest level. I know that there are some difficulties in separate municipalities, but think that you will consult with them.

Strategy of the state national policy of Russia will be until the end of the year accepted. Within October discussion of the document will take place in all regions of the country. At us it already started. Seriously approach to this subject. The close attention to the international relations and an inclusiveness of municipal authorities in work is given by the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

Within offered strategy the special accent is made on interaction with mass media and law enforcement agencies, counteraction of illegal migration. I ask a situation to hold on control, in due time to react to calls and to inform on them the district Government.

Today we will consider an important question of the notification of the population of possible threats of their life and to health. Its urgency is obvious especially after tragic events of this summer in Krymska and quite recently in Derbent. It is necessary to remember the main thing that any person who was injured because of someone's negligence, will be on our conscience. We should be ready to any incident, any scale and complexity. The first check for us – approach of colds. Special value is gained by accurate work of life support systems and territory cleaning. Responsibility before people is born, first of all, by the authorities. Any failures are inadmissible.

Dear heads, preparation of budgets the next year comes to the end. They should be balanced, consider all social obligations to each inhabitant. You already know, where funds in each municipality will be allocated. Tell about it to people, explain, why these priorities are chosen. Remember the most strict control over an expenditure of means. Involve inhabitants in discussion of initiatives. Then questions to you there will be less, and a satisfaction power activity as a whole – above.

From next week I begin working trips on the district, we will look at results of work and those sites which while "give".

Colleagues, I urge you to speed up work on search of additional sources in local budgets. The maximum support on own resources becomes criterion of successful work for any head.

Developing economy, we should remember and shots. Unfortunately, not everywhere the sufficient attention is paid to it. Within a Year of preparation of the qualified experts, in the region the project «Governor's one hundred» is realized. More than six hundred people declared desire in it to participate.

I know that some of you want to receive lists of participants of the project. Suffer, next week will be summed up the first stage, all of you learn. Since October 20 the second stage of competition will begin, I ask to render to your coordinators necessary assistance.

But once again I emphasize – don't try to affect results. For it we will strictly ask.
