Yamal Russian Post prepares a personnel reserve

Between UFPS of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Yamal versatile college the agreement on training of specialists of a mail service on the basis of educational institution is signed. The regional branch of the federal post operator is included into the list of the largest enterprises of Yamal, the priority which direction of development is formation and preparation of a strategic personnel reserve - the personnel which will come to mail through five - ten years.

Now practice in offices of a mail service of Yamal there pass 30 students of college. During professional orientation practice students get acquainted with main types of activity of mail, with specifics of work of offices of a mail service, getting the first experience in labor collective.

According to the acting as the director of UFPS Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug of Evgenia Gordiyenko, to students all conditions are created to help them to make the correct and realized choice of future profession. The instructor is fixed to everyone from among workers of mail which supervises, supervises and estimates activity of the probationer that is one of vocational guidance methods.

"I always wanted to work in the field of communication therefore chose this specialty," - are told by one of students. - "Thanks to practice, I understood that made a right choice, after the college termination I will surely work at Mail" .

In UFPS the training program of practical training of preparation of operators of a mail service 3 classes also operates. The second year workers of management personnel and post offices give lectures and impart the knowledge and experience to future experts of a mail service.

The modern post worker carries out a large number of post and financial operations, uses the various equipment, works with a large number of instructions and other standard reference materials. Therefore it should possess technical literacy, high level of intellectual development, analytical mentality, knowledge in the field of modern information technologies.
