Twelve objects, assumed to construction in the city of Labytnangi, considered at meeting of Town-planning council. It is remarkable that among these objects four parking with boxes for supersize transport. All of them will settle down on city suburbs. For the first time members of city council considered such number of parking. Experts connect this fact with activization of work on establishing order in motor transport in yards and inhabited quarters of the city which began at the initiative of the head of administration of the city of Labytnangi Oleg Cherevko.

Among other objects considered on council, Savings Bank facades on Shkolnaya St. and a town house of culture. To color scale of future building of the Savings Bank of questions at members of city council didn't arise, and here as to a form factor, experts paid attention to a drain from a roof which according to the project will get on a main entrance and a ramp. It will be offered to builder to find other technical solutions and to pay attention to a material of steps of a main entrance which, in obligatory to a lock, should be anti-sliding. A color score by a facade of a town house of culture determined from four offered options, vote. One more object considered at meeting — the covered market. Members of city council consider this object repeatedly. In the presented project, unlike the first, the second floor which will be either a leisure zone, or floor spaces is involved. The market will be equipped with a roof boiler room that will allow to bring to each grocery trading place hot water supply. The volume of floor spaces in the market — about 2 thousand.

Members of town-planning council refused placement of the shop combined with a bus stop opposite to the Gymnasium. A cause of failure — the insufficient area of the land lot. Consideration of a question of motor van grill placement near Severnaya St. ended with also negative decision. In this case it is refused because of lack of possibilities for connection to engineering networks. The position of head of administration Oleg Cherevko is unequivocal: «It should not be a shame to us with the accepted decisions. Will suffice to trade from "trays" and "bast baskets". There should be normal infrastructure objects» .

The most great interest of experts was caused by construction of townhouses. The blocked houses on 6 apartments in 2-3 floors it is planned to build near Dzerzhinskogo-Studencheskaya-Leningradskaya streets. In total apartments in the residential district will be 78, their construction will be conducted in 4 stages. The area of apartments makes from 130 to 150 square meters, in each block there is a built-in garage, a parking lot, the small pridomovy territory. In each apartment there will be an individual gas copper, houses will be supplied with the centralized water supply and the sewerage. In the residential district of townhouses there will be sports grounds, children's game complexes, platforms for collecting garbage. Thus the builder assumes to keep as much as possible green plantings in a construction zone. Cost of such apartment will be commensurable with "three" in capital execution.

Deputy head of administration Igor Samoilov notes: «It is the first experience of construction of housing of such class in the city, therefore also an approach to the project scrupulous. Taking into account a raspolozhennost of the land lot in the city center we show increased requirements to facades, uniform requirements to a protection» . The deputy head especially emphasizes that construction possibility on these sites of additional utility rooms won't be. And in the subsequent, probably, the residential district becomes a zone of the regime territory with protection and controllable access.
