All sold pyrotechnics should pass tests and receive «the conformity Certificate» which should be at each seller. In the document the code of the chosen fireworks and a class of its danger is underlined. 1-3rd class – for sale by all interested person, 4-5th – only for firms-organizers of holidays.

But basically people will be crippled not because that pyrotechnics bad, and from the wrong reference with it. Therefore we advise to you to remember some rules which will help to avoid tragical consequences. The majority of traumas happens or at strongly drunk citizens, or at children. Therefore start to start fireworks while be steady on the legs and don't give pyrotechnics to teenagers. Don't start salutes at a strong wind, from hands, from balconies and loggias. Pyrotechnic products shouldn't be delayed, differently they can lead to serious traumas or simply not work. Don't dry the become wet petards on heating devices. And if packing is damaged – throw out without being sorry!

Never start worked fireworks repeatedly! At start never bend over a box. After a match arson leave for radius of a dangerous zone.
