The quantity of "New Year's fires" on Yamal has decreased

This year on New Year's and Christmas holidays yamalpeoples were more vigilant to itself and to associates, trying to observe fire prevention rules.

So during the period from January, 1 till January, 9th, 2012 in territory YANAO 14 fires are registered. In comparison with last year the amount of fires has decreased for 13 %. In 2 times the death toll on fire of people was reduced. In the beginning of January, 2012 2 persons were lost: 1 - in Salekhard and 1 - in Labytnangah. The quantity of victims at fires has decreased in 3 times.

On objects of realization of pyrotechnic production of fires it is not registered. The fires which reason is casual handling of pyrotechnic production, also it is not registered.

From the beginning of 2012 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures left on liquidation of consequences of road and transport incidents of 12 times. As a result road failures 10 persons from whom 1 person has been rescued have suffered. 3 persons were lost. On liquidation of consequences of failures 61 employee of the Ministry of Emergency Measures and 14 units of technics has been involved.

Rescuers were involved in search and rescue works of 5 times.
