In Labytnangi the alcoholic question is brought for discussion

Head Administrations Sergey Karasev has suggested townsmen to discuss «an alcoholic question» comprehensively. Public discussion is opened at a forum of an official site of the City administration. Sergey Viktorovich in an opening address underlines that changes according to which local governments are allocated by the rights on an establishment of additional restrictions of time, conditions and places of retail of alcoholic production, over what are established at federal level are made to the profile law regulating manufacture and a turn of alcoholic production. «Now at federal level the legislation forbids retail of alcoholic production from 23 o'clock till 8 o'clock local time, instead of to seven as it was at us, — Karasev, — and, since the January, 01st, 2013 underlines, the given interdiction will extend and on beer realization».

The head of administration suggests all inhabitants to take active part in preparation of the regulatory legal act, concerning the specified restrictions. In other words, to express, whether it is necessary to expand time limiting sale of alcohol or to stop on the restriction established by the federal law? Probably, someone considers that it is necessary to forbid at all sale of alcoholic production near to certain places, someone, perhaps, will suggest to enter special conditions on the area or external shape of shops. Sergey Viktorovich asks to consider this point in question and to express the opinion in two directions: first, acceptance of the restrictions which purpose is decrease the population, and secondly, acceptance of the restrictions which purpose is improvement of quality of service of buyers and improvement external and inwardness of objects of trade.
