The head of administration Labytnangi Sergey Karasev during press conference for journalists of city and district mass-media has summed up city ability to live for 9 months of current year. Sergey Viktorovich has especially stopped on dynamics of execution of the budget, having estimated it is positive. «At the previous specifications of the budget we redistributed means for actions for preparation for winter, repair work, an accomplishment, now we will suggest deputies to distribute additional incomes on single payments to workers of budgetary sphere», — Sergey Viktorovich speaks. Estimating results of the works spent during the summer period, the chief executive has underlined that the primary goals have been solved, though has put for this work to contractors firm "three".« I was afraid that the enterprises of a building complex won't cope with increase in amounts of works, actually, and has occurred », — Karasev marks. Separately city-manager has concerned repair of roads. Failure of terms, poor quality of asphalt, according to Karasev, cause in it only obscene abuse. This year for repair of roads in Labytnangah it has been allocated more than 40 million rbl. For the budget is rather decent sum. But in the conditions of execution of 94th federal law when the price is the basic criterion of selection of contract organization, the result, as they say, is available.« Not always that is cheap — well », — Karasev speaks and assures inhabitants that copecks from the budget for marriage in work won't be paid. In Administration the target municipal program on reconstruction of an ulichno-high system of a city now is formed. The program is calculated for 3 years, on its realization it is supposed to direct an order of 250 million roubles annually. In case of support of the given program at level of a management of district, a situation with quality roads probably considerably to change.

Sergey Viktorovich has in detail stopped on a complex of questions of municipal sector. Growth of tariffs, a choice of a way of management, advantage TSJ before management companies or direct management, possibility to inhabitants independently to influence the tariff policy, — these questions were in detail answered with head.

Speaking about prospect of a solution of a problem with deficiency of places in kindergartens, Karasev has noticed that Labytnangi successfully realizes the program of the country leaders regarding return of buildings of kindergartens, there is no time withdrawn for other purposes. So in Labytnangah kindergartens again steels "Smile" and "Magician". Terms of commissioning of "Magician" are measured literally several weeks. Besides, building of two new kindergartens on 300 places everyone is planned.

Separately Sergey Viktorovich has stopped on the decision of housing questions, housing construction prospect, including microdistrict of individual building, and also has in detail told about the rights of proprietors and employers of premises in case of a fire.
