The commission of department of power ЖКК of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region under the direction of the director of department of Natalia Brynzy has checked up a course of preparation of Tazovsky area to the cold season beginning. Let's remind that checks of municipalities are spent the third week successively. The commission has visited almost all municipal unions of autonomous region except Shuryshkarsky, Krasnoselkupsky and Yamal areas.

According to the head of branch department within the limits of preparation for a cold season as of August, 15th 145 boiler-houses, it almost 60 % from total are prepared. Are repaired and ready to work in winter conditions over two thousand kilometers of thermal networks and 1,9 thousand kilometers of water supply systems. In in Muravlenko have started up hot water in cranes of townspeople ahead of schedule, having carried out of all current repair obligations with a schedule advancing. The general level of readiness of engineering networks makes 58 %.

First of all readiness of objects of the life-support connected with establishments of formation, public health services and culture is checked up. By August, 30th it is planned to include heat at all schools and autonomous region kindergartens. As a whole on ЯНАО readiness of educational institutions for work during the osenne-winter period practically 100 %.

Work on carrying out of check of readiness of available housing to a cold season proceeds. Experts of the state housing inspection spend checks in Noyabrsk, Labytnangi, Salekhard and Tarko-fat. For today it is checked up over 600 thousand square meters. In apartment houses where experts GJI readiness for a cold season – 80 % have visited.

Work and with the delayed debts for payment of the put housing and communal services is actively conducted. Hope for prudence peoples, coming back of summer holidays and saved up debts for 2-3 months. In Salekhard, for example, management companies actively search for new modes of work with debtors. So, the action, «Municipal amnesty», declared by one of Salekhard management companies - УК "Brownie" together with ТСЖ "Arctic" has brought the first results. Only for a week inhabitants of 4 houses entering into management of a management company, have paid for ЖКУ over 485 thousand roubles. Other companies while are limited to SMS mailing about available debts and red preventions.

One of effective ways of repayment of debts of the population have applied in Labytnangi, Noyabrsk, and also in Shuryshkarsky and Tazovsky areas. Defaulters began to involve in performance of socially useful works with an obligatory deduction of the certain sum from monthly earnings on account of repayment of debts. Debtors employ as yard keepers, cleaners, sanitary technicians and handymen. According to representatives of management companies, it is one of real ways to extinguish debts to people with low level of a salary or those who has temporarily got to a difficult reality situation and has lost work. In Muravlenko the question with non-payments dares already through court. Statements of claim are submitted to court on 765 townspeople. On the middle of August the delayed debts of population YANAO on payment of housing-and-municipal services make about 1,4 billion roubles.

In the remote settlements of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region on the housing and communal services enterprises the centralized delivery of fuel is made. Completely all necessary volume of oil products is delivered in Purovsky area, and also in villages Ovgort, Vosjahovo, Green Jar, Harsaim, Pike, Nyda, Nori, Sjunaj-fat, Tolka. In settlements of Shuryshkarsky, Krasnoselkupsky, Priuralsky, Tazovsky areas delivery of oil products proceeds. Coal is already put in Nadym, Yamal and Tazovsky area. The tanker with fuel goes towards Shuryshkarsky area, in village Muzhi of this area are already ready to coal reception. For needs of the enterprises of housing and communal services delivery of fire wood in Shuryshkarsky, Priuralsky and Nadym area is carried out. The delivery total amount is executed on 66 %.

During the current year fuel delivery becomes complicated a low water level in the rivers of autonomous region and necessity to make an overload of fuel from the big tankers on smaller vessels. It in turn conducts to increase in duration of term of delivery. However, despite complexities suppliers keep within terms. Till the end of navigation all necessary stock of fuel for needs of the enterprises of housing and communal services in the remote settlements JANAO will be delivered.

The estimation of readiness of municipal unions of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region to the cold season beginning will be given by the interdepartmental commission during the period from September, 29th till October, 15th current year. On its results municipalities will receive passports of readiness for winter.
