On Yamal create the uniform municipal company

Stages of creation of new uniform operating municipal corporation are defined in Yamal-Nenets autonomous region. Now Open Society "Yamalkommunenergo" has already started to work in Labytnangi, Nadym and in Tazovsky area.

The enterprises of a housing-and-municipal complex of these municipal unions are in the most difficult financial situation. For preservation of a manpower of the enterprises their employees are offered to pass to work in the new company.

As the director of Open Society "Yamalkommunenergo" Michael Gilyov has informed, transfer of workers occurs to preservation of payment and all existing social obligations.

Till the end of the year the company plans to begin the activity in Muravlenko, Gubkinsky, Salekhard and Purovsky area. In the first half of the year 2012 the company will come to Nadym, Yamal, Krasnoselkupsky, Shuryshkarsky and Priuralsky areas. The municipal enterprises of cities New Urengoj and Noyabrsk will start to enter into uniform municipal corporation in last turn.

Let's remind, of creation of the uniform municipal company which will unite the isolated municipal enterprises of housing and communal services, have declared the district authorities of region. As the main shareholders of the company "Corporation STS", one of the largest private power companies of Russia, and a group of companies "Intertehelektro" will act. Their general authorized capital stock will make 100 million roubles.
