Yamal is ready to meet severe winter

The Yamal-Nenets autonomous region by the winter is ready — the readiness passport.

As the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs, now in district the cold season has already begun. By September, 1st all school, preschool and treatment-and-prophylactic establishments of municipal unions have been in full provided by a heat supply. Within the first decade of September heating is included and in apartment houses.

For today preparation of objects of housing and communal services for work in winter conditions is finished. To operation in colds are ready over 3 thousand kilometers thermal, electric and water supply systems, serviceability of the equipment of 80 pump waterworks and 566 transformer substations is checked up.

It is delivered 77 thousand tons of liquid fuel, 23 thousand tons of coal and 38 thousand cubic meter of fire wood. Fuel delivery is executed on 100 %. Are spent trainings with the personnel of the enterprises of housing and communal services, on transfer of power stations and boiler-houses into reserve kinds of fuel and to prevention of emergencies in the conditions of low temperatures of external air. The emergency stock of the equipment and materials is generated.
