Mail of Russia becomes electronic

Within the limits of active work on creation of information system of the through account of activity on purchase of the goods, works and services Mail of Russia prepares for transition to electronic document circulation.

Since May, 2011 the electronic system of document circulation has earned in a test mode within the limits of AUP FGUP «Mail of Russia». Within three months working out of the operational and procedural documentation will be conducted; also adjustment of functionality of system of the document circulation necessary for conducting of the register of the account of contracts is made. It is planned that in the end of August system commercial operation in AUP will begin.

The pilot zone of branches which the first will get access to a database for conducting the register of contracts - UFPS Moscow, St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region, the Moscow, Oryol, Tula, Kaluga, Tver, Voronezh areas is already defined. Document registration will be conducted in real time with use of remote access. Connection to system of electronic document circulation of all branches is planned for March, 2012.

Mail of Russia counts that transition to the advanced system will promote optimization of business processes and can minimize influence of the human factor at registration and storage of documents.
