The system of electronic archive is entered into the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug

The service for archives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug summed up open competition on works on creation and filling of the uniform information retrieval system of electronic archive. The ELAR corporation became the winner.

Development and introduction of system is carried out within the Departmental target program «Documentary heritage of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (2011-2013)». Creation branch automated registration and the information retrieval system with use of the software "ELAR-SAPERION" and «AIS ELAR-archive» was the first stage of the project.

The created uniform information retrieval system is intended for automation of activity of service for archives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Gosudarkstvennogo of archive of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. This work will allow to increase efficiency of activity of archival establishments of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on satisfaction of needs of users gosuslugi.ru in retrospective archival information.
