Nevertheless, these changes have occurred and for today of the permission we make out in Tyumen. The order on volumes of quotas has come literally in the end of December. By the end of December we have sent all package of documents. It is literally today we communicated. To us have told that our permission is for signatures at the head of"NizhneObrybvoda".

According to Sergey Sankova as soon as the enterprise will receive the allowing document, fishermen will start at once a craft. During winter — it will last till March — in Tazagrorybprome plan to prepare about 300 tons.
