Pulse of Labytnangsky problems

In 2010 in the City administration of Labytnangi 1576 references, from them 789 written, 492 — oral, 295 — through a straight line have arrived. In comparison with 2009 the quantity of references has increased on 323. The analysis of references shows that for last two years the number of written references surpasses quantity of the oral. Till 2008 oral references prevailed over the written. From higher instances in Administration 202 references that on 67 more than have arrived before year. By e-mail it is accepted to consideration of 50 references, year before such references was only 18.

The most problem questions for peoples there are questions of housing and municipal sphere. Almost every second reference which has arrived in Administration, is connected with questions of a housing policy. Every fourth concerns municipal sphere. The quantity of questions on granting of places in kindergartens has twice decreased. Unlike the general statistics, 95 % of the references which have arrived on a straight line, concern municipal sphere. They is more often than others are considered positively. So, from total number of references of a straight line with positive result 88,5 % are considered. While in the general statistics of positively considered references of only 18,5 %. Consideration of a great bulk of questions has ended with answers of explanatory character. In eleven cases applicants have received the negative answer.

In the conditions of growing quantity of references the city management searches for new forms of dialogue with the population. One of such forms — interactive reception of the head of administration of the city of Labytnangi. The first such reception has taken place in October of last year. Its results are estimated positively, and now on-line Sergey Karasev will quarterly spend receptions.
