Debtors of Yamal will spend New Year at home

Not all inhabitants of Yamal can have forthcoming New Year's and Christmas holidays abroad — to debtors will limit the right to such travel service of court enforcement officers.

So, according to press-service UFSSP of Russia on Yamal-Nenets joint-stock company, for 10 months 2010 by territorial divisions of management it is taken out and directed to bodies of boundary control of 1 913 decisions about a temporary restriction of the right of departure of debtors from the Russian Federation, including on to obligations 658.

In comparison with last year the quantity of decisions has increased by 87, 7 %.

The collecting sum on executive manufactures in which frameworks the temporary restriction of the right of departure of debtors for limits of the Russian Federation was applied, makes 2 million 104 thousand 512 roubles, including on to obligations for a total sum of 101 thousand 605 roubles.

Decisions on a temporary restriction of the right of the debtor on departure from Russia, accepted by the judicial police officer-executor, have no total character and are applied in cases when all other ways of collecting provided by the current legislation, haven't given due results.

Temporarily to limit the right of the debtor to departure from the country probably exclusively at execution of the executive document which has been given out on the basis of a judgement.

Most the vivid example is fixed in October of current year. The citizen of M, being in arrears at a rate of more than 50 000 roubles and knowing that, within the limits of executive manufacture concerning it the decision about a temporary restriction of the right of departure from the Russian Federation is taken out, tried to leave with a family on rest abroad.

At passage of a zone of special control at the airport of Moscow the citizen has been removed by employees of a frontier service from a flight. All his family has departed on rest abroad, and the citizen has been compelled to come back home and execute a judgement.
