The main managers reported On how it was possible to realize program actions for increase in a profitable part of the budget, optimization of a network of municipal authorities of a city in 2010 — heads of budgetary establishments and department of the finance.

For the purpose of definition of incomes of the budget for the next fiscal year and the planned period monitoring of number of working citizens and salary level in various spheres is conducted. Timeliness of payment of a salary in the organizations and the establishments operating in the city territory also on control. 10 thousand 624 persons — such is average structure of the working population. Practically half from this number works in budgetary establishments. 2677 persons work in the private organizations, the third place on number of workers is occupied with federal structures.

Realization of actions for revealing of autocratically under construction or already erected objects of real estate, ownerless structures also allow to plan incomes of the budget of tax deductions. This year it is revealed autocratically established 218 objects, in 42 cases owners are established. 51 material about administrative responsibility concerning the citizens who have autocratically occupied the ground areas is made. Within a year 43 checks on an establishment of target use of the ground areas tenants — legal bodies, individual businessmen and citizens are spent.
