Grants are given on a gratuitous and irrevocable basis (under condition of a target expenditure of means). The maximum size of the grant makes 50 thousand roubles. However, the size of the grant can be increased the decision of the competitive commission. Indispensable conditions of granting of grants are: expenses on realization of business projects at a rate of not less than 5 percent; activity realization in the city territory; absence of debts on obligatory payments. To the persons, made the decision on the beginning of enterprise activity, grants are given in a priority order. Winners will be defined by the competitive commission. Thus preferences will be given economically-effective business projects. Among criteria of an estimation: Level of a salary of workers, terms of the beginning of activity, quantity of created workplaces, volume of tax revenues, and also conformity of activity to the established priorities of development of small and average business. We will remind, the number of priority spheres in Labytnangah included housing-and-municipal sphere, the organization of second-hand trade, home appliances service, the organization of leisure for children and youth.

Statements from competitors of grants are accepted in the City administration from August, 30th till September, 29th. Competition results will be brought on October, 1st.
