The militiaman is condemned for five years for severe beating of the person

The November city court recognised the former militiaman of separate company PPSM the Department of Internal Affairs across Noyabrsk Arthur Hisamova guilty of severe beating of the person.

The condemned is sentenced to five years of a colony of a high security, the press-service of Office of Public Prosecutor JANAO informs on Thursday.

The ex-militiaman also is deprived the right to occupy a post in law enforcement bodies within three years and indemnification of moral harm is collected from it to the victim in the sum of 300 thousand roubles.
