The Gubkinsky district court has sentenced the local resident to 2,5 years of a colony of a high security, for threat of drawing of harm to health.

In October of last year the chief of department of district militia officers of department of internal affairs Gubkinsky has come on Vitaly Pohiljuka's residence on which the complaint from neighbours has arrived, the man broke a public order loud music.

«The police officer has demanded to switch off music loudly playing night time. Vitaly Pohiljuk has refused to execute legal requirements of the militiaman, has offended it and has poured gasoline, thus, having control over a lighter, stated arson threats», is told in the message.
