Unjatitsky Evgenie Antonovich is included in number of a personnel of the encyclopaedia «Best people of Russia» - 2010

The collective of November central trumpet base (NTCB) is formed in 1984 at a production association of "Nojabrskneftegaz". On November, 24th, 2003 the enterprise has been deduced from Open Society "Sibneft-Nojabrskneftegaz" structure, and on December, 31st the same year is organised in Open Company «November central trumpet base». The geography of activity NTCB is closely connected with development of the deposits which are in operation and working out of Open Society "Gazpromneft-Nojabrskneftegaz".
Before base at the moment of creation major problems have been put: to provide supply of all chisel and extracting enterprises of region by pipes of an oil assortment. Gradually central trumpet base has turned to a large industrial complex without which any serious project on drilling and extraction in Noyabrsk region did not manage.

From the first day of the creation and on the present over the Society the managing director, the honourable oil industry worker of the Russian Federation, the honorary academician «the International academy of quality and marketing» Unjatitsky Evgenie Antonovich supervises. He was born on February, 20th, 1951 in the city of Bugulma Tatar АССР. Its northern working career is closely connected with oil and gas extraction branch. Its formation as passed the head on industrial steps. Since 1985, E.A.Unjatitsky worked as the mechanic-repairman, then the senior master, the chief of shop, chief engineer NTCB. Evgenie Antonovicha's continuous seniority in a petroleum industry makes 25 years.

Now Open Company NTSTB renders to customers types of service in seventeen directions of activity connected in basic with the reception, storage, cargo handling works, preparation and service to operation of pipes of an oil assortment, штанговых deep pumps and pump bars with their subsequent centralised delivery to deposits to the customer. And also services in processing of a breakage of ferrous metals and release of technical oxygen and its centralised delivery to destination.

The inquiry
The book is issued by Publishing house "SPETS-ADDRESS" (since 1999) in cooperation with federal and regional enforcement authorities. The project has sustained check by time: in the end of May the eleventh release of the encyclopaedia was issued. The book can be received on a subdivion, to get in shops or to see in country libraries. The encyclopaedia «Best people of Russia» - 2010 sums up for 2009.
