Business trips on the cities of Yamal

The deputy governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area Alexey Bulayev held exit meetings in Nadym, Krasnoselkup, Noyabrsk and Novy Urengoy. In the attention center – questions of prevention of offenses and providing a public order. Representatives of territorial bodies of federal executive authorities, heads of local governments took part in work of exit meetings. "The format of holding meetings directly on places is the most effective form on increase of interdepartmental interaction in municipalities" , - Alexey Bulayev emphasized.

The business trip began with visit of Nadym. Here at meeting Alexey Bulayev told that, despite carried-out serious work, there are problem points. Growth of crimes in public places, including in an alcohol intoxication is noted, the increase in quantity of the offenses made by minors is observed. "It is necessary to pay attention to these problems first of all. Also work on suppression of illegal migration in the territory of the district" has to become a priority in activity of local governments, law-enforcement structures, - Alexey Bulayev emphasized.

In Noyabrsk and Novy Urengoy questions of introduction of segments of the regional the complex integrated system of safety (CISS) were considered. Now in Noyabrsk equipment debugging is made, in Novy Urengoy start of system is planned for 2014. We will remind that KISB is the unique automated system by means of which supervision over entrance on the territory of the region of citizens and vehicles is carried out, check of authenticity of documents, process of identification of searched persons, the technology of wireless access to a uniform database of search of field services is used.

During a trip the deputy governor brought up a question of activity of the group mobile of special function (GMSF) of UMVD of Russia across the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area (Novy Urengoy). In particular, it was a question of results of the done work and of creation of conditions for service. "Today fighters of group are provided to all necessary for the solution of objectives in the territory of the autonomous area" , - Alexey Bulayev noted. So, within the district target program "Law Enforcement, a Law and Order, Public Safety and Prevention of Offences in YaAO for 2011-2013" 16 cars, 5 units of special equipment, the car town, a special equipment and means of communication are acquired. Development of design and budget documentation on building of base OMON in Novy Urengoy is begun.

Also at exit meetings the federal law of October 22, 2013 No. 284-FZ by which powers and responsibility of authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and local governments in questions of harmonization of the interethnic and cross-cultural relations are determined was discussed. "You shouldn't forget that realization of tasks of peace and harmony strengthening on territories of Yamal, safety of his inhabitants is assigned to all branches of the power, thus it is possible only at constructive dialogue and close interaction of all parties" , - the deputy governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area noted.
