The department of education of Labytnangi was headed by the official with the "interesting" past

Quite unexpected appointment happened in the city of Labytnangi where the day before the head of city administration Oleg Cherevko presented the new chief of department of education. Raisa Voronkina - the woman who was already holding these a position, but forcedly left it a few years ago became her. And departure of the official was accompanied by big scandal.

Raisa Voronkina headed department of education of the city of Labytnangi in 1993. In 2005 for merits in education and younger generation training the rank "The deserved teacher of the Russian Federation" was appropriated to it. And in 2006 it became clear that in the biography of the official not everything is so smooth.

As it was established by investigators, in October, 2005 Voronkina transferred one of the living conditions of teachers of four-room apartments intended for improvement to the individual businesswoman who immediately organized in it a private day nursery and signed contracts with parents of 9 kids. The illegal kindergarten worked till February, 2006. Voronkin's all this time I paid a rent in this apartment from education control facilities.

Parents of children visiting a day nursery helped to find and close illegal child care facility. Kids often were ill and in kindergarten SES which has revealed mass of violations of sanitary standards appeared suddenly. Besides, at the woman wasn't neither licenses, nor educations therefore the following the apartment was visited by militiamen.

As a result, on the official criminal case as regards 1 article 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation - abuse of powers of office was opened, and it hasty went on pension.

And now again returned that, according to her, "to continue work for the benefit of our children".
