The insult of the militiaman is punishable

In JANAO investigation of criminal case concerning Yana Bojko of 24 years accused for the public insult of the representative of the power at execution by it of the official duties (item 319 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) is finished.

As has established a consequence, militiamen have arrived on a residence of the woman together with the children's medical doctor to hospitalise its 5-month's daughter. Mother, being in an alcohol intoxication, did not wish to give the babe to hospital and has offended police officers by obscene abuse. Criminal case is directed on consideration to court.
