In the first half of the year 2012 will settle 18 emergency houses

In the first half of the year 2012 moving of 18 emergency houses in Salekhard is planned. Such decision was accepted at the expanded session of city committee on housing and communal services and transport.

The planned clearing under a pulling down 18 houses will be spent within the limits of realization of the long-term target program "Dwelling" and the municipal target program «Resettlement of citizens from shabby and emergency available housing».

Besides, deputies have discussed the questions connected with realization of the program of granting of mortgage loans to the population of district capital. According to the general director of Open Society «CLAIM YANAO» of Michael Babijchuka, for last six years 162 салехардца have obtained housing credits. And a quarter from them already have completely paid off.

Deputies of a municipal duma have solved together with administration of Salekhard and Open Society «CLAIM YANAO» to leave to district legislators with the initiative about working out of the standard document which will allow to give a mortgage to young families under percent below the bank.

Also jurymen have considered projects of decisions of the municipal duma, directed on definition of an order of maintenance by habitation of citizens in ЯНАО and granting of social payments to the young families needing premises.
