In Labytnangah children-orphans have met experts of a housing policy

On the basis of professional school the meeting of children-orphans with experts of district department of building and the housing policy has taken place. Tatyana Vojko and Olga Barashina — experts of department in maintenance with habitation of separate categories of citizens have told gathered about conditions and prospects of reception of habitation children-orphans. District officials have underlined that maintenance with habitation of orphans is one of the major directions of realization of housing programmes in district.

Participants of a meeting questions interested, whether the norm of granting of a floor space on the child who should be born by the time of habitation reception will be considered? Whether it is possible to get habitation outside the city or districts? Whether it is possible to get apartment in the property? Experts have explained that before the orphan received both ready apartments, and social payments on their acquisition. Since 2011, the habitation will be given to children-orphans only under contracts of social hiring and to be distributed only in that territory where they consist in turn of the needing. In the district budget on these purposes it is provided without small 238 million rbl. that will allow to improve living conditions to 133 children-orphans. In turn on habitation granting 274 persons of the given category consist. Experts hope that at successful realization of the program, there will be a possibility of allocation of additional means that will allow to close completely the list needing from among children-orphans for 2011.

In Labytnangah for last five years of 57 orphans have received own apartments. In 2010 in a city all children-orphans and children without parental support at whom there have come circumstances for habitation granting, are provided by premises. It is planned that during the current year 4 more orphans become happy owners of keys from own apartments.
