2011 on Yamal will be Year of equal possibilities.

The governor of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region Dmitry Kobylkin has signed the order «About the announcement in 2011 in territory of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region of Year of equal possibilities» (document number № 167-R from September, 1st).

This decision is accepted with a view of life improvement of quality, and also with a view of increase of level of social integration yamalpeoples with the limited physical possibilities in territory of the Arctic region. According to the order executive powers of the government of Yamal till November, 1st, 2010 will present to department on work and social protection of population JANAO specific proposals on carrying out of the actions directed on creation of additional possibilities for participation of invalids in life of a society. Profile department, having received all package of proposals, should develop till December, 1st the plan of measures on carrying out in territory of Yamal of Year of equal possibilities.

In the text of the Order of the Governor of autonomous region the recommendation to heads of municipal unions till November, 1st contains to present to department on work and population JANAO the offers on carrying out of actions. We will notice that in the document there are also recommendations to heads of the organizations of all patterns of ownership and to public associations to plan and carry out similar actions.

The Governor of Yamal has assigned control over execution of the given order to the assistant – Tatyana Buchkovu.
