So, volume of the district target program «Social support of invalids for 2011-2013» will make 78,936 million roubles that in one and a half time above in comparison with earlier operating program. In particular, in 2011 expenses of the district budget will make 24,02 million roubles, in 2012 – 26,206 million roubles, in 2013 – 28,7 million roubles. Realization of three new program actions is planned: the organization on the basis of National library JANAO of the user automated places for visually impaired persons; equipment by the special sports equipment of halls where it will be possible to be engaged in adaptive sports; Creation of establishments for social rehabilitation of children with the limited physical possibilities. Creation of Internet classes for children-invalids on hearing and sight Is supposed also.
