Young people will take part in excavation of an archaeological monument

The children's field archaeological camp «Mountain Samotnyol» has started to work from now on on Yamal.

The platform for rest of children is located in territory of a monument of archeology «Settlement Mountain Samotnyol, 1». We will remind, the object of a cultural heritage has been revealed in 2009. Monument dating — 2 thousand to n.e, a bronze epoch.

Uniqueness of object and its comparability on time of occurrence with the strengthened settlement of an epoch of bronze "Arkaim", located in the South Ural steppe, in the Chelyabinsk area, became the basis for the decision on the camp organisation in territory of this monument.

As the press-service of governor YANAO informs, in camp there will pass one change by duration of 14 days for 30 children from the Yamal area at the age from 12 till 17 years. Rest for children the free.

Children can take part in carrying out of excavation of a monument of archeology. Besides it as organizers mark, among directions of work of camp — ecological education, the organisation of nature protection activity, improvement and rest, expansion of knowledge of world around.
