In YANAO the nature protection legislation is broken

By public prosecutors of Yamal during planned check of execution of the nature protection legislation by managing subjects, including the enterprises of a fuel and energy complex, it has been revealed almost 1,5 thousand infringements of the nature protection legislation.

On deposits Sporyshevsky, West November, Boundary, Karamovsky, Holmogorsky, New Year's, Vyngapurovsky 57 chinks are not liquidated. On Holmogorsky, Karamovsky, Boundary, West November and Vyngapurovsky deposits terms of preservation of 65 chinks are broken. Also the infringements of the law connected with use by managing subjects of the ground areas, including under building and operation of objects of thermal power station are numerous. Illegal removal of a fertile layer of earth concerns infringements for placing of chinks and objects of storage of PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, pollution of the ground areas by mineral oil.

As Office of Public Prosecutor JANAO informs, as a result of planned check on the facts of damage of the earth in territory of Tarasovsky, Barsukovsky and South Harampurovsky deposits the public prosecutor of Purovsky area is directed three materials to bodies of preliminary investigation, on two of them criminal cases on p.1 item 254 of the criminal code of Russian Federation are raised.
