State charge asks five years of a colony for the ex-mayor of Noyabrsk

Litigation on business of the former head of a city of Noyabrsk of Nikolay Korobkova accused of excess of powers of office, has entered finishing stage.

The Press-service of November city court informs that debate of the parties has taken place. During them protection of the ex-mayor has declared that N.Korobkov did not exceed powers, and its actions have not caused harmful consequences. Therefore lawyers ask to justify their client in the absence of structure and event of crimes.

«The state accusers ask to recognise N.Korobkova guilty and to appoint punishment in the form of five years of imprisonment, with right deprivation to occupy supervising posts in local governments», – is told in the message.
