The Salekhard city court has passed the decision on satisfaction of the claim of the public prosecutor of a city on access restriction to Internet sites on which hazardous online games were spent.

The Office of Public Prosecutor of Salekhard in common with experts UMVD of Russia on YANAO has revealed 7 Internet sites accessible to unlimited quantity of persons on which hazardous online games - "roulette", "poker", slot machines, with system of payment and prize reception are spent. The specified sites are registered outside of the Russian Federation in Ireland and Kingdom Netherlands.

Positions ч. 3 items 5 of the Federal law from 12/29/2006 № 244-FZ «About activity state regulation on the organization and carrying out of gamblings» activity on the organization and carrying out of gamblings with use of information-telecommunication networks, including networks the Internet, and also communication facilities, including mobile communication, is forbidden.

The public prosecutor of Salekhard has addressed in court with the claim about putting on on the basic Internet provider in territory of Salekhard of long-distance and international electric communication of a duty to limit an easy approach to the specified Internet sites by addition on a boundary router of rules of filtration IP - addresses of the specified sites without day.
