As Svetlana Hajrullina has told the general director of Joint-Stock Company "UCSK" Santehkomplekt-Ural », in 2011 inhabitants HmAo-Jugry monthly pay for capital repairs on 9 roubles on each square meter of a living space, and inhabitant YANAO – 7,9 rbl.

«Cost of major repairs is defined in federal standards of payment of premises and utilities. As standards are confirmed at once for three years, it is visible that this cost will grow only, – Svetlana Hajrullina hasn'ted. – In particular, tariffs for capital repairs in HMAO – Jugre and YANAO by 2013 will make 10,7 and 9,4 rbl. on each square meter of a living space accordingly».

Let's note, the lowest in Ural Mountains the tariff is established in the Chelyabinsk area – 4,2 rbl. on sq.m. in 2011 and only 5 rbl. by 2013. If to speak about Russia as a whole, HMAO – Jugra and YANAO at monthly cost of capital repairs stand on the second and third places after the Kamchatka edge where the tariff already makes today 10,6 rbl. on sq.m., and in 2 years will grow to 12,5 rbl.
