In 2010 the Yamal geologists have opened two new deposits

By results of prospecting works in 2010 in territory of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region it is put on balance two new газоконденсатных deposits – North Russian and Ukrainian-anniversary.

The deputy director of department of prirodno-resource regulation, wood relations and development of oil and gas complex ЯНАО Alexander Bruj has told at advisory council session on YANAO that the chink №301 on the Limbajahinsky local raising (North Russian license site) became "pioneer" of North Russian deposit. Ukrainian-anniversary the deposit has been opened year before – as a result of prospecting works of 2009.

Besides, on the reconnoitered deposits 32 new deposits, including 23 on the deposits opened in previous years are revealed. On new deposits the gain of stocks of gas on category С1 has made 25,4 млрд cubic meter, a condensate – 2,9 million tons. On new deposits the oil gain has made about 12 million tons, gas – 30,8 млрд cubic meter, a condensate – 33,1 million tons.

Let's remind, on the end of December, 2010 across Yamal 214 operating licenses for the right of use of bowels for geological studying and extraction of hydrocarbonic raw materials are registered.
